YQTD350 CENTRIFUGAL MACHINE

Model YQTD-350HZ disc type separator, with auto-cleaning, is a device for separating of liquid-liquid-solid or liquid-liquid phases. Widely applied in oil extraction, for instance purification of palm-oil, rape-seed oil phosphorus removal, and also applicable in purifying, clarifying, or concentrating a suspension with compositions, insoluble and different in gravity.

YLX560 DISC SEPARATOR MACHINE

The Model YLX560 Latex Separator is used for condensing latex by taking out water and solid matters.
The machine generates centrifugal force when the bowl rotates at high speed and this force effectively separates latex from water and solid matters by their respective gravity. The condensed latex flows to the container through a spout on the upper cover and the watery latex goes through a spout on the lower cover. The machine should be stopped after a 2-3 hour's operation for the removal of the solid matters deposited at the inner wall of the bowl, and the removal can be made by using a scraper.

YLX460 DISC SEPARATOR MACHINE

YDRY-366 DISC SEPARATOR MACHINE

Model YDRY-366 is intended for separation of two insoluble liquids with different gravity and a small content of fine particles in the liquids. It can clarify fruit juices and other liquids, too. Widely applied in the industries of foodstuff and beverage, domestic chemicals, grains and eatable oils, woolen spinning, pharmaceuticals and the like. The separator can separate orange oil, ginger oil, litsea cubeba fruit oil, Chinese pear leaved crabapple oil, banks oil, fatty acid, lanolin, wanhui balm and so on. It can also clarify Chinese made up herbs. The efficiency of the Separator is thousands of times that of the other separator.
