Double-roll Pressure Feeder

It forces the shredded sugar cane to enter the mill to improve the TCD and extraction of mill tandem effectively. It is classified into two types of TSN series of light-duty double-roll pressure feeder and TSYW series of heavy-duty double-roll pressure feeder. 1. The opening of TSN series is wider without the need of separate power drive. Its headstock bearing load is not much, so that the total investment cost is lower. The main functions are to improve the ability of sugar cane entering the mill and to press part of juice. The milling capacity can be increased by about 15%. 2. The opening of TSYW series can be narrower. Its headstock bearing load is much, so that it requires a separate power drive. The energy consumption accounts for some 30% of mill. As the ability of cane into the mill is improved it can also play the role of milling partially. The milling capacity can be increased by approximate 30%, the extraction increased by 1 ~ 2% and the bagasse moisture decreased by 1 ~ 2%. In recent years, it is widely utilized during the sugar factories¡¯ extension and achieves very good results. ¡¡ |

Beveled-adjustment Mill
1. A novel straight through three-roller mill design, with
cone-pin type beveled-adjustment.
2. The feed and delivery settings can be easily adjusted to
accommodate roller
3. The key features of the design result in low operating
costs. The trash plate construction is compact and narrow.
The top rollers of each stand and the delivery rollers of
the first and the final stands are all of a lotus design, to
improve juice drainage and reduce the phenomenon of
reabsorption.
4. Low cost hard-wearing brass bearings are used. These are
easily replaced when they wear out, so it can improve safety
ratio.
5. Used together with double-roll forced feeders, the
capacity of TCD can be increased by about 30%.
6. Convenient adjustment, reasonable stress distribution,
good juice drainage, low power consumption, safety and
reliability.

Constant Ratio Cane Mill
1£® Constant Ratio Beveled-triangle Mill is one of the
advanced designs whereby the delivery opening is maintained
constant.
2£® The three rollers are arranged as a beveled-triangle,
i.e. the position of the feed roller is a
little lower and the rear roller a little higher, resulting
in an overall 15 degree incline to the front.
3. Extractions can be expected higher along with reduced
the power requirements

Juice Screen
It is used for filtering the juice with a lot of bagasse
from mills. There is a conventional screen as well as other
two kinds of the newest screens developed by our company,
one is a rotary drum screen, and the other is a high
frequency shaking screen.

Its structure is simple, easy maintenance, safe and
reliable. Since the screen does not have any moving part,
the juice with debris through the screen mesh depends on the
gravity itself so the screen itself is without any power
consumption.

2.TTZ Rotary Drum
Juice Screen
Its drainage and rejects discharge can be automatically and
continuously carried out under the cleaner environment of
operation. Its operation is simple and convenient with high
processing capacity. It can adapt the bigger fluctuation of
instantaneous mixed juice flow with high filtering
efficiency. The impurities in the drum move forwards in the
form of roll with long retaining time and low moisture after
filtration

3.High Frequency
Shaking Screen
It makes use of the exciting forces of motor to force the
materials in it continuously to move up and down towards
inclined direction along with the shaking frequency of the
screen body. A part of materials goes through the screen
mesh to realize the purpose of screening for each of
shaking. Using high frequency shaking screen can improve the
screening granularity and decrease the remains of cush-cush
in mixed juice largely.
