Sugar cane conveyer
It is equipment for conveying sugar cane
evenly and continuously. There normally exist on above some
crashing equipment as the leveler, cane knives and shredding
knives etc. It is classified into chain-plate type and
rubber belt conveyers which can be supplied at customers'
request. When the chain-plate type is adopted for the whole
length of the conveyer in order to install cane crashing
equipment, usually, a section of horizontal belt conveyer
will be used for the purpose of installing a magnetic trap
iron separator.

Cane Unloading Platform
It is used for unloading the cane on the
feeding table. Generally, it is a chain-slat type structure
and mainly consists of cane conveying plate device, drive
sprocket, driven sprocket, frame and gearing etc.
If it is installed on the weighbridge, it can
be taken as cane weighing platform.

Vertical Heavy Duty Swing Hammer Shredder
The covering width of hammers is completely the same as the shredder's to ensure all the initially chopped cane is shredded. Its preparation index can reach above 90%. Inline Heavy Duty Shredder
It is a new generation of cane shredding equipment with the features that the inline feed whole stalk cane can be shredded without an extra cane precutting prior to, and less investment and low cost for maintenance. It is equipped with two carding drums and one cane feeding drum to keep the cane feeding in the optimum state to avoid shredder choking, stop or poor shredding result due to the fluctuation of cane feeding.
