principle
Ractopamine rapid test card is the use
of immune competition analysis theory
combined with the colloid gold labeling
technique in design of a quick detection
reagent, and it can be rapid
specifically detected in the urine of
Ractopamine. According to the test card
test line (T) and compare lines (C) have
or not to decide in a sample of
Ractopamine content.
It has advantage of simple and quick, no
need of special equipment. It can be
carried out to test in the laboratory,
also in hoggery and slaughter workshop.
It required a few amount of sample,
simple and rapid, so that it is suitable
for large sample screening. The result
is accurate, and the sensitivity is
5ppb, the accurate rate of greater than
95%.
